Woodinville, Wa Tasting Room

THE LIBRARY

The Library is a new concept in tasting room experiences located at 14450 Woodinville-Redmond Road adjacent to the Apex Tasting Room at Hollywood Schoolhouse Corner in Woodinville, WA near Chateau Ste. Michelle, The HerbFarm, and Willows Lodge.  It is directly across the street from Purple Café.  The Library is the brainchild of Allen Shoup of Long Shadows, Andy and Bill Den Hoed of Den Hoed Wine Estates, and Rob Newsom of Boudreaux Cellars.  To taste the wines of these three award-winning, high Parker-scoring wineries, one must make an appointment by calling the Apex (Alder Ridge) Tasting Room at 425-408-1796.  We recommend smaller groups of 4-8.  You will be seated in a very cozy library on leather furnishings in front of a gorgeous fireplace for your personal wine tasting and educational experience.  Flight tastings last 45 minutes to an hour and are accompanied by personal anecdotes and insights about the wines, wineries, and winemakers.  At the conclusion, wines are available for sale by the bottle, magnum, and case.

For larger groups up to twenty we have a barrel room available complete with a big long conference table.  This room will accommodate book clubs, wine clubs, friends and friends, etc.  The same Boudreaux, Den Hoed, and Long Shadows wine flights are available here.

You can also have us coordinate your visit to The Library by calling Boudreaux Cellars at 509-548-5858.
