Fruit Sourced From: WALLULA VINEYARD, HORSE HEAVEN HILLS
100% SYRAH
WASHINGTON STATE
TASTING NOTES:
Syrah, my friends, with most fine meals.
Air it out, see how it feels.
Older than sin, tastes like dirt.
So much "bio-did-a-me" you could get hurt.
THE STORY:
Rarely do we release a single vineyard wine. But, oh baby, this will be the one to blind taste your friends on when you are pouring your big famous 100 point syrahs from around the world.
The right syrah flavors take you on a world tour through Baghdad, the south of Australia, Avignon, & Wallula Gap delivering smells of lavender, saddle soap, Kiwi boot wax, dirt, and smoke. Wallula Vineyard is located in Washington's Horse Heaven Hills. Sipping this syrah is like taking a helicopter ride over the Horse Heaven Hills. It is smooth, delightful, revealing, and breath-taking. You will find the river and it will flow to the ocean.
Be careful, your slow studious sips may turn into smiling gulps!
