Our wines are aged in the finest French, Hungarian and American oak barrels, bottled in heavy French glass, and corked with the highest grade Lafitte cork - it grows as bark on oak trees, a completely sustainable resource which creates very diverse yet quietly stable ecosystems. Every bottle is hand-dipped in wax - mostly by me. Bottles are labeled one at the time on our little labeler right next to the tasting bar. Come see us!
