Ciao, mon ami, sell the rest to you.

Fruit is 50% Sangiovese and 50% Cab Franc co-fermented

THE STORY:

The sixth vintage of this originally accidental wine.  Cab Franc and Sangiovese from the original Den Hoed plantings near Sunnyside in the Yakima Valley, co-fermented into a gorgeous fruit bomb of lightweight, exotic aromatics and Chianti characteristics.  Aged 24 months in new and neutral French oak.  A foodie’s dream come true.  Should age beautifully just like my lovely wife, Tamara.
